2. In the order, please, specify: what equipment you want to rent, day and time of pickup and return. Also specify the method of payment - payment card, cash or proforma invoice.

3. After we confirm the availability of the equipment you requested, we will need to perform customer verification. If you run a business related to filming or photography, write us a message from your company e-mail, providing details of your business or the company you work for if you do it on its behalf.

4. Providing this data will help us verify you as a customer. Thanks to this, we will not require a deposit.

5. At the time of pickup the equipment, we give you a rental agreement. Remember to bring your passport or your ID.

6. If we are unable to verify you, we will require a deposit or pledge of other equipment, the amount is determined individually depending on the value of the specific equipment.

7. The first rental takes place at the PROZONE headquarters - for verified customers there is an option to ship the equipment and pay for delivery to the indicated place.
