Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. Company/Lessor - means PROZONE Mateusz Wąsowski with its registered office at ul. Mokotowska 52A/lok U3, 00-543 Warsaw/Poland, VAT number: PL1251471364 and REGON number: 142068999, which is the owner of the "PROZONE" brand.
  2. Client/Lessor/Hirer - means the individual, person, business, or firm dealing with the Company.
  1. Equipment rental takes place in Warsaw at Mokotowska 52A/lokU3 - during the hours from the CONTACT page, pickup of equipment after working hours - on individual request.
  2. The equipment offered by the Company is available only to people over 18 years of age, younger people can use the rental only under the supervision of adults.
  3. The Company reserves the right not to rent the equipment to persons whose behavior indicates an increased risk of causing damage to the rented equipment.
  4. Client is obliged to pick up the equipment in person. Equipment must be reserved via e-mail or order form. You must have your passport or ID with you when picking up the equipment.
  5. Client is obliged to use the equipment in accordance with its intended use and the instruction manual.
  6. Client bears the costs of consumables and repairs resulting from improper use of the equipment and causing its damage or failure.
  7. Client is responsible for the loss or damage of the rented equipment. Client is responsible for his own damage as well as damage caused to third parties and damage caused by the use of the rented equipment.
  8. The refundable deposit paid by the Client when signing the contract and collecting the equipment may be reduced by the costs of repairing the equipment, deficiencies in the returned equipment and the cost of exceeding the deadline for returning the equipment.
